This mixed-media work is inspired by the tidal rock formations found along Sydney’s coastline. I’m particularly drawn to the geometry of these intertidal zones - where the threshold between land and water is constantly shifting.
My process often begins with a reference photograph, which I translate into stylised, simplified forms. The resulting works are distilled interpretations of place: abstract in form, yet deeply rooted in the natural world. They serve as quiet meditations on balance, flow, and the spaces in between.
